2 out of 5 stars Good product. Not so good company.   August 11, 2010

I bought this great sounding clock radio about six months ago. Before I bought it I found out that you need a flash light if you like to see the time in the middle of the night. But, I like d it so much that I didn't care about that. So far, so good. That was until the whole thing went dead. It just stopped working. Any way, there is a repair shop about 20 minutes away from me. I thought no big deal, it's under warranty. The only thing was that they would not work on it because it was a "small" item. To make a long story short I had to ship it to California and pay the $20 myself. To me that was not fair because the local repair shop would not repair it.

5 out of 5 stars Great countertop radio   June 11, 2010

This little radio does a great job with the iPod, radio reception, and even the CD player. I'm not a sound snob, but it sounds great to me. We use it as the only radio in our house. It also looks better in real like than it does in photos - a bit sleeker. Even the remote works well.

5 out of 5 stars Great Sound, lot of features   May 24, 2010

Everything I wanted in a small radio/cd/mpeg player for my small home office. A little bit of a learning curve maneuvering around the features, but not difficult to learn.

5 out of 5 stars Perfect for my needs   May 11, 2010

I wanted something I could keep in the kitchen that would offer me my ipod music, a CD player, and an AM/FM radio, and charge my Ipod as well, and I found it. It's fantastic. My ipod nano 5G sits comfortably in the dock even with its case on which is a huge plus for me. If you want music pumping throughout the house this isn't it, but for me to have options of what to listen to while cooking, I'm absolutely thrilled. The remote control makes it convenient for me to switch songs without moving much which again is ideal when I'm moving around the kitchen cooking. It's also small so it sits nicely and inconspicuously on my kitchen counter and despite not having tons of counter space, it doesn't feel like I have any less space than before. I'm thrilled with the purchase and anyone who wants the features I wanted should definitely buy this product.

5 out of 5 stars Don't Look any Further! Bang of the Buck, this is IT!   March 19, 2010

This procuct is a great buy that you will not regret.

Have used extensively and it is super.

Look around, like I did, but if you come back and buy this one, you will not be sorry. Sure the Bose may be great(have professional Bose speakers) but for the money, this is loud and accurate as it gets. Add on all the inputs...USB...all the possible iPod configurations, an auxiliary input and throw in a meaningful remote and it spells winner!

Teac customer service took great care of me when I had a small problem. The local "repair shop" was for crap, but TEAC got it done and then some....followed up with phone call.

Sound is very rich, well dispersed in the room, and accurate for this price range. Feature list is amazing.

Don't pass this up because of low price, you will be sorry!
