I bought this to protect my iPod Classic when I am working outside and it is at risk of being dropped. I am very impressed with this case. It is a heavy duty rubber jacket for iPod. It makes the device a bit bulky, but that is the price to pay for protection.

The best in the market for the iPod Classic! A test to the protection is I fell on my tailgate of my truck with the iPod in my pocket. iPod totally intact, but cracked screen protector. Had I not had this Rubberized case I would have been purchasing another $200 iPod.

the rubberized case is fine.dropped ipod once no damage.but the belt clip is ng.doesnt hold cant use.thats how mthe ipod fell.will keep but not on my belt

Yes, it's bulky... but sometimes that is EXACTLY what you want! I have a 3 year old that sometimes gets to watch my video iPod when we're someplace waiting, or have a long car ride. I certainly can't trust her with a naked iPod! Drops and scratches would be aplenty. I wanted something that I felt would actually absorb the shock of a drop - So many thin silicon sheets I looked at... flimsy. Hard cases will just get scratched too. THIS WAS PERFECT FOR ME! I also bought a set of screen protector sheets to cover the screen and click-wheel.
